1) Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you confirm...

2) Services We Provide

• At-home Pet Grooming, Dog Walking, Spa, Boarding, Vet Assistance, Training.
• Availability depends on staff & location.

3) Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Booking: Website/WhatsApp/Call.
• Reschedule: At least 6 hours before.
• Cancellation: 6+ hrs: full refund/credit; under 6 hrs or no-show: up to 100% fee.

4) Pricing & Payments

Prices as shown; taxes extra; payments via UPI/Card/Wallets/Cash.

5) Customer Responsibilities

• Vaccinated, non-aggressive, fit pet.
• Provide safe space, power/water, building access.
• Share accurate pet details & medical notes.

6) Pet Health & Safety

Pet-safe products; we may pause/stop if stress/aggression/illness occurs; emergencies may involve vet.

7) Weather & Outdoor Walks

Extreme weather: shorten, indoor enrichment, or reschedule.

8) Access & Security (Home Service)

Ensure entry permissions; adult presence unless pre-approved alternate.

9) Hygiene & Damage

Minor mess possible; pre-existing issues/unsafe environment not our liability.

10) Photos, Reviews & Marketing Consent

With consent, we may use photos/videos; opt-out anytime.

11) Third-Party Tools & Links

Third-party terms & privacy apply.

12) Intellectual Property

All content/logos are Dream Tails’ IP.

13) Limitation of Liability

No indirect damages; cap equals fee paid for that session.

14) Refunds Policy

• Eligible: Not delivered/cancelled by us → full refund/credit.
• Partial: Pet behavior/health → case-by-case credit.
• Ineligible: No-show/late cancellations.

15) Service Areas

Chandigarh, Mohali & Panchkula (Tricity). Off-area extra charges apply.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update anytime; continued use = acceptance.

17) Governing Law & Disputes

India; courts in Chandigarh.
