Started by a groomer who is also a pet parent
Dream Tails began in 2022 in Zirakpur, because getting a pet groomed properly was taking people an entire afternoon — and the pet was miserable the whole time. So we started going to them instead.
It started with a problem I kept hearing
I am Pintu Singh. I have been grooming pets for years, and I am a pet parent myself — which is how I ended up hearing the same two complaints again and again.
The first was time. Book a slot, get the pet into the car, sit in the waiting area, then drive all the way back. What should be an hour becomes half a day, and most people simply stopped doing it as often as they should.
The second was care. In a busy salon, three or four pets are handled at once. The work gets rushed. Nervous dogs get more nervous. And the owner never actually sees what happened behind that door.
In 2022 I started Dream Tails to fix both. We carry the whole setup to your home, groom one pet at a time, and you watch the entire thing from your own sofa.

To make good grooming so easy that no pet has to go without it
Every pet deserves regular, unhurried, gentle grooming — and no pet parent should have to give up an afternoon to make it happen. We bring the salon to your door, take the time each pet actually needs, and leave your home exactly as we found it. That is the whole idea, and every decision we make comes back to it.
Four things we do not compromise on
These are not slogans. They are the rules our groomers work by, every single visit.
One pet at a time
Your groomer handles only your pet for the entire visit. Nothing is rushed to get to the next appointment, and a nervous pet gets the extra minutes it needs.
Clean tools, safe products
Every tool is sanitised after each slot, so nothing travels from one home to another. Only vet-approved shampoos, conditioners and sprays touch your pet's skin.
We leave it cleaner
The groomer washes down the balcony or washroom with water and dries it properly with a wiper before leaving. You should not be able to tell we were there — except by the pet.
Honest, fixed pricing
The price you see is the price you pay. No doorstep charge, no size charge, no surprise add-ons — and you pay only after the session is done.
We bring everything. You bring nothing.

Something came up? Tell us an hour before and we move your slot. No cancellation charge, ever.
Pay only after
Nothing in advance. Once the grooming is done and the area is clean, pay by UPI or cash.

A Labrador and a Shih Tzu pay the same. No size charge, no coat charge, no doorstep charge.
